Directs, coordinates, controls and plans activities in the Canned Meat plant. Reviews daily production output and accomplishment.
Inspects production lines and operational concerns. Improve production process to increase productivity and process controls. Plans, organizes and coordinates production activities.
Reviews and monitors manning schedule including application for leave and unexpected absences.
Administers disciplinary actions if needed.
Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
- At 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in production plant operations.
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
