Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to oversee our operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the production team, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resources to meet production goals.
  • Reports to: Operations Manager
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement production plans, strategies, and workflows to optimize manufacturing efficiency and meet production targets.
  • Analyze production data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in production processes.
  • 2. Team Leadership and Management:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate production staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the team's skill development.
  • Set clear objectives, provide direction, and conduct performance evaluations to maximize team performance and productivity.
  • 3. Resource Allocation and Optimization:
Manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization to meet production demands.
  • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and minimize downtime.
  • 4. Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure adherence to quality standards, production specifications, and safety regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Implement and enforce best practices, procedures, and policies to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • 5. Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving:
Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement measures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Address production-related issues promptly, employing problem-solving skills to find timely and effective solutions.
  • 6. Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular production reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for management review, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in a managerial role within advertising environments.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production planning, process optimization, and resource management.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
