Job Description:- Oversees the day to day overall operation of the Production to ensure schedule is followed as per plan to meet the delivery requirements of customer
Plans, organizes and prepares production schedules in coordination with all relevant functions to ensure all resources are available.- Cooperate with Maintenance to ensure the machines are maintained to ensure continuing production.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure the materials needed for production are available.
- Coordinates with Personnel related to manpower requirements.
Analyzes daily production reports and provides input to the management on how to achieve production target, improve product quality and reduce production rework/reject/wastage- Report the status of overall plant operation to the Vice-President.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree of Industrial Engineering
With at least 6 months related work experience
Preferably with knowledge in Quality Management ISO 9001:2015, but not required
With interest in process development and/or manufacturing and quality control tools
Analytical, keen on details, organized and result oriented.
