Job Description

  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer's expectations
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return to asset
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
  • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in running office furniture, joineries, loose furniture production, planning and control
  • Knowledgeable in operating, maintenance of CNC machine for woods
  • Vast experience in Planning, Production and Control
  • Excellent managerial and leadership experience
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
  • Willing to be assigned in Rizal Techno Park Taytay, Rizal
