Qualifications for Production Manager:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role for at least 5 years, preferably in a manufacturing environment.- Experience managing a team of 500 employees or more.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
Ability to foresee potential issues and implement proactive solutions.- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with supervisors and rank and file employees.
Proficiency in preparation of reports.- Familiarity with manufacturing processes including sculpting, casting, molding, assembly, sanding, finishing, detailing, metalwork, aluminum welding and packaging.
Experience in LABOR-INTENSIVE manufacturing is an advantage.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga.
