Job Description

Position: Commissary Production Manager
  • Location: AIKON FOOD CORP COMMISSARY, San Francisco Avenue (Halang), Barangay San Francisco, Binan City, Laguna (near national highway)
  • Salary: 30,000 per month

Job Overview:


The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the food production unit, ensuring that production schedules are met with the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of food production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations.
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely ordering and efficient stock control.
  • Cost Management: Manage production costs and strive for cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Reporting: Prepare and present production reports, including performance metrics and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in food production management.
  • Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in inventory management and production planning.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using production management software.
