Qualifications:- Graduate of atleast a 4-year course.
Computer Literate- Atleast 2 years background as a Production Group leader / Line leader.
Group leaders in general shall report from a line supervisor.- Coordinate with production supervisor regarding manpower assignment and its performance and generate flexibility program.
Coordinate with other departments that pertains to production shipment, quality issues, etc.
- Spearhead in leading her group in joining company initiated programs like SGA/KAIZEN/WISE and other entities.
* Must be proactive in averting problems that may affect the production goal and able to highlight it.
