Manage department employees.
Promote improvement and motivation of section members.
Lead the section constantly manage with awareness of the development of company and the section.
Collaborate with ASV, and compile department employees and strive to improve skills.
Always keep good relationship with other section SV and ASV, and prepare the working environment of our section employees.
Always report work progress to section Managers.
Strictly observe of the Report, Note, Discussto section manager.
SV will have meeting with other section leaders and section employees and compile opinions. And if there is a problem, extract the best way for the problem, report to Manager, get approval, and implement.
In accordance with company regulations, manage department employees with fair judgment.
Understand and respect the management philosophy of the company.
Perform task progress management and make adjustments and changes according to progress.
Gently but sometimes strictly, manage a section employee under a strong belief.
Cooperate with ASV and contribute to the further development of company and the section.
Provide technical and moral education for section employees.
Attend leader's TBM and conduct section daily TBM.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as required by superior or the company.
