Job Description Summary
As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Production Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more.
The role provides timely, consistent, and high-quality production design outputs, working within the framework of existing designs and branded templates.

About the Role:
Support requirements of incoming requests for marketing production support.
On a per project basis, review directions or project brief to understand project objectives, requirements, schedule and other project details; follow up for clarifications as necessary
Work with collected assets for marketing deliverables; follow up with Project Point of Contact, Project Coordinator or self-source, as feasible, to source missing assets
Update and augment project assets as necessary at asset level (site plans, floor plans, stacking plans, maps, aerials, etc.) or deliverable level, making layout decisions and working deftly within the confines of templates
Work within production templates or existing design files to emphasize messages and key selling propositions. Effectively layout key content components, adhere to brand standards, and finalize deliverables for distribution
Demonstrate a high level of technical production skill, including high competence with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
Regularly manage communication with Project Coordinator and Americas-based Project Point of Contact throughout project lifecycle, including deadline requirements, project progress updates and outstanding questions; utilize company tools and platforms for project tracking
Manage requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projects
Utilize best practices for file management and organization, from project inception to close out
Review deliverable for a QC check while getting QC support from the Project Coordinator or Marketing Operations Manager to ensure final deliverables are error free and high quality
Collaborate with peers to share best production design practices
About You:
Design degree or equivalent related experience in graphic arts / graphic communications or related discipline
Ability to demonstrate a high level of marketing production skillincluding speed, effectiveness, efficiency utilizing standard principles of design
At least 1-2+ years of production design experience or equivalent
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with web tools and html a plus
Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with graphics, marketing, or production environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skillsPhysical Requirements:
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for a minimum of 8 hours a day
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
Commercial real estate experience a plus
