The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation of the post press department by ensuring set quality standards are met. Other daily tasks to be performed include the following:
- Supervise daily operations of the post press department
Implement and monitor production schedule based on target outputs, schedules and priorities- Ensure proper allocation of manpower based on production requirement.
Make sure that all requirements (raw materials, approved digital proof, color guide, actual sample, etc.) are available before production run.
- Ensure that the processes and work instructions are executed.
Responsible for production reports and Work in Process Inventory reports.- Report immediately any deviation or quality issues that may arise from time to time.
Adhere to Company rules and regulations, safety practices, standards and other departmental procedures.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time.
With at least 2 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a printing, packaging or manufacturing industry.
