Job Description:_Perform production tasks assigned by superiors while observing standards set to maintain SLA, product quality and food safety_
- Assists the production specialist on all physical work required on that production unit.
Ensures that all work assigned are done properly as instructed by production Specialist/Supervisor.- Checks the basic quality and quantity of all meat products received and processed
May be assigned in fresh production, packaging and processing unit which requires sorting, deboning, packaging, labelling and wrapping
- Can also be assigned in the preparation unit primarily responsible in the preparation of raw materials and basic mix to be used by the value added meat production unit
Observes the performance of the assigned machine unit and reports malfunctioning the soonest possible time to Immediate superior or Engineering Department for trouble shooting and maintenance- Ensure that the biosecurity is strictly practiced
Ensures safety within the unit
- Observe SOPs, GMP, CCP procedures at all times
Can be assigned to any relevant task by the immediate superior if needed- Participate in preparation and sanitation of production area before and after product fabrication
At least High School Graduate- With work-related experience
Willing to commute/relocate in Porac, Pampanga
Physically fit - for heavy lifting of product and materials and to endure long hours of standing in production line and withstand cold temperatures inside production
Flexibility and adaptability - required by the position as there are other tasks that may be assigned in different areas of production
