Production Planning and scheduling.
Tracking and monitoring the progress of production orders.
Ensuring the completion of all job orders based on production schedules.
Collaborating with the Supply Chain to prepare shipping documents and requirements.
Inventory Control, including monitoring and maintaining raw material levels and preparing purchase requisitions.
Working with the Production Control Supervisor to prepare and submit progress reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Collaborating with QA, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to improve processes and product quality.
Analyzing, addressing, and updating risks and opportunities.
At least 1-2 years of working experience as a Production Planner.
Training or orientation in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF (optional).
LEAN Six-sigma certification (optional).
Proven leadership skills.
Mathematical and analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Basic understanding of Inventory Management and Audits.
Proficient with computerized materials control programs.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
