Position: Production Control Manager
Company Industry: Manufacturing
Work Location: Lapu-Lapu, Cebu
Salary: Php 30,000 - 60,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control, with managerial experience preferred
Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and process optimization
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in production management software and MS Office tools
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate supply of materials
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce production costs
Collaborate with other departments to align production goals with company objectives
Analyze production data and prepare regular reports for management
