Responsibilities :
A . EXPORT
1 . Prepare necessary documents for PEZA processing then coordinate with the forwarders for the booking schedule and pick up time of the cargo.
2 . Follow up the forwarders for the documents that need to be send to our customers through mail and email.
3 . Constant monitoring of the shipment to avoid any delays of the shipment through proper coordination with the
forwarders.
4 . Follow up the forwarders for the status of the shipment which incoterms is Door to Door.
B . IMPORT
1 . Coordinate with the Purchasing Clerk for the additional importable items.
2 . Coordinate with the forwarders for the needed data upon submission at PEZA Office.
3 . Do the online procedure of the import permit and coordinate with the forwarders for the delivery of the shipment.
C . LOCAL DOCUMENTATION (FARM-OUT & FARM-IN PROCESSING)
1 . Prepare the necessary documents for the pull out of the materials from Company facility and delivery of materials
from the Suppliers.
2 . Coordinate with the PEZA office for the pull out of the materials from Company facility.
3 . Coordinate with the Warehouse and Purchasing Officer for the delivery of the materials.
D . Keep documents pertaining to export and import activities.
E . Ensure compliance of process and work instructions in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 regulator requirements.
