- Degree in Any Engineering course.
With at least 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company- preferably in Rubber Industry or Injection Molding Industry.- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
With excellent communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
