Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or Mechanical Engineer or any related field.
At least 1-3 years experience in logistics, production and delivery operations is highly preferred.
Have a strong understanding of production processes, including manufacturing techniques, quality control, efficiency improvement strategies and manpower management.
Proficient knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts, distribution of products, and ability to optimize delivery routes.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of production and delivery personnel to accomplish quality results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, senior management, and other departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production and delivery issues promptly. Ability to make informed decisions quickly while considering various factors such as cost, quality, timelines and manpower.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using project management tools and technology to track production and delivery routes and schedules.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in a production environment to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, such as Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and environmental regulations.
Competency in using relevant computer software and systems for production planning, inventory management, and data analysis. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis purposes.
Knowledge in HR regulations. Coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. Initiating and coordinating to implement company policies and operational procedures and systems.
