You will organize, coordinate, and deliver exceptional product training sessions and events. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, managing event logistics, and ensuring that all participants have a high-quality learning experience. You will work closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and product strategies.
College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
- Experience in Sales Training with Life Insurance is preferred but not required.
With Events Management experience.- With more than 2 years experience in Full Cycle Training
Must be able to do Trainings outside of Metro Manila.
