Responsibilities:
Conducts product training and other kinds of training in line with the training needs of sales promoters.
Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs.
Develop and maintain expertise in all appliance product lines (Bowlines and Whiteline).
Perform post training evaluation for training sessions and follow up on knowledge transfer to the work place. Prepares and conduct regular monthly training of sales promoter.
Other task that maybe assigned as necessary according to the nature of the job. Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Air-conditioning
