Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Technician
Certified Electrician/Welder- Excellent communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
Provide training and guidance on product usage
- Collaborate with Sales team in product demonstration to client
Assist customers with product-related inquiries- Troubleshoot issues related to the product
Develop training materials and conduct training for current employees and new hires
- Assist in evaluation, repair, and maintenance
