Product Supervisor (Retail Operations)
(Computer Retail Store: peripherals, accessories and electronic products)
-Oversees the company's marketing and sales team to ensure they understand how to best sell the products.
-Creates impressive marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials and training sales personnel on how to discuss the product with customers.
-Should be knowledgeable with the products, familiarization with the specs and its features.
-Conducting competitor's research to see how they sell their products
-Works with the Marketing team
-Setting sales goals and objectives to meet consumer demand that drives the growth of sales or increase in revenue.
-Must be able to identify the slow moving or not saleable products, creating techniques on how to sell them
-Reporting the status updates of each product to the General Manager and applying feedback to strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Two (2) years of experience in Retail, Sales and Marketing or related field as a Supervisor or Manager.
-Preferably with experience in retail industry, computer accessories and peripherals.
-Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree.
SKILLS:
-With good communication skills.
-Organization and leadership skills.
