Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of the product development process, from ideation to launch and implementation
• Able to propose a product development plan based on current portfolio and market needs
• Able to work with existing FPG products and create innovative propositions that align with a potential partner's need
• Able to create meaningful, insight-filled presentations fit to be presented to senior management (internal and external)
• A basic requirement for creating, proposing, and marketing products

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Business course, Marketing, Finance, or any related field
• Basic or knowledgeable in the insurance space
• Product experience for at least 5 years
• Product Marketing experience is an advantage
• Experience or knowledge in Insurance Commission Regulations
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Computer literate
