Position: Product Specialist
Reports to
: Sales and Marketing Director
- Primary duties and responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.- Organize and execute sales presentations to medical groups and healthcare facilities.
Understand and convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and ensure they have the latest information on products.
Regularly attend company meetings, product launches, and presentations.- Stay informed about the activities of healthcare professionals and institutions in their area.
Monitor competitor activity and competitors products.
- Develop strategies to increase the company's market share in their territory.
Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports for submission to the company's management.- Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and research, and discuss these findings with healthcare professionals during presentations.
Work with team members to plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Company.
Has Specialist coverage experience in key hospitals such as Davao Doctors Hospital and Southern Philippines Medical Center
- Has experience in handling hospital inclusion process, including dealing with the Therapeutics Committee
Has a strong science background and can understand/ communicate the technical details of innovative products- Has strong salesmanship with good track record of sales performance
Has good communication and interpersonal relationship skills to engage various Specialties relevant to the organisation
- Willing to do outbase coverage within the Mindanao region
Preferably with experience in Ophthalmology, Oncology, and Dermatology coverage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php40,000.00 per month
