JOB DESCRIPTION: - Conducts product knowledge training on the new hires and refresher course to marketing, production and sales teams.
Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement test; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.- Analyzes and investigates product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
Assures that the products received from supplier meet company's quality standards while the goods and services provided by the company meets satisfactory standards including reliability, stability and longevity.
Graduate of Industrial/Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology or any related course
- Preferably with more than 2 years of experience working in industrial production.
Quick learner- Good written and oral communication skills
