Key Responsibilities:- Implement branch sales strategies focused on real estate and property-related loan products, working towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the branch's overall goals.
Generate leads through organic sales activities, such as networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives, with a focus on the real estate market.- Manage walk-in customers effectively, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the real estate loan process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other relevant partners to generate leads and drive business development for real estate loan products.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Asia link's real estate and property loan solutions.
Ensure the quality of loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough creditworthiness assessments, with a specific understanding of real estate financing guidelines.- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to real estate financing products.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to real estate loan products and the property market.
Bachelor's degree in any course, business or finance is preferred- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous, preferably within the real estate or financial services industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Ability to understand and explain real estate and property loan products and processes effectively.- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
