Product Solutions Engineer

Job Description:

As a Product Solutions Engineer or Technology Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing and deploying various IT solutions for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installation and Deployment: Deploying IT Service Management (ITSM), other specified IT solution and products to our customers.

- Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing ITSM and IT solution as well as products tailored to meet our customers needs and specifications.

- Product Presentations: Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.

- Post-Sales Support: Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.

- Business Analysis: Performing business analysis functions for deployment projects, ensuring that the solutions align with the customers business objectives and requirements.

• Qualifications:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Skills:

Proven 3-4 years of experience in installing, deploying, and supporting ITSM any IT product, solution or service

• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to provide any technical support to customer or client.
