DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct client prospecting
Conduct competitor and study on pricing, industry trends and new products based on customer's needs- Develop Sales Proposals and monitor sales activities
Develop and conduct activities for current and potential clients
- Conduct negotiation with Supplier/sub-con
Conduct sales calls/product presentation- Interface with clients and address concerns as needed
Conduct meetings and sales call
- Participate in events, exhibits, presentations (Ex: Philconstruct)
Create memo to bill and other billing and collection follow-ups- Generate business case studies / feasibility for Product Improvement or development
Joins Site inspectons/ Site Ocular
- Collate and monitor daily work achievements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Preferably Marketing / Business management / Industrial Engineer
Experience:
- Preferably but not required with 1 to 2 years experience under Construction Industry
Licenses (if applicable)
Others:
- Pleasing personality / Good customer service skills
Good interpersonal communication (writing, oral, presentation skills)
