Key Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of New Sari-Sari Stores
Lead Generation and Outreach: - Identify potential sari-sari stores to join the Kuha sa Tingi program.
Conduct field visits to prospective stores to introduce the program and its benefits.- Persuade store owners to join the program and purchase the starter pack.
Sales and Enrollment:- Present, promote, and sell products and services to prospective customers.
Facilitate the enrollment process for new stores, ensuring they understand program requirements and benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for new store acquisitions.
- Relationship Management and Retention
Regular Store Visits: - Visit existing sari-sari stores participating in the Kuha sa Tingi program at least twice a month.
Foster strong relationships with store owners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Order Management:- Solicit re-orders from existing stores, accurately recording order details.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by store owners promptly.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and track revenue from each store, ensuring targets are met.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on store performance and sales figures.
- Coordination and Logistics
Order Fulfillment: - Ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and that stores receive their products on time.
Verify that deliveries are made correctly and resolve any discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
- Work with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels for the program.
Assist in managing inventory to avoid stockouts and ensure the availability of popular items.
Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain detailed records of all store visits, interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback
Data Collection: - Gather feedback from store owners about product quality, pricing, and service.
Report market trends and competitor activities to the Sales Manager to inform business strategies.- Report on daily sales activities, sales generated, and collection.
Product Improvement:- Relay customer feedback to the product team to improve offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, is a plus.
- Experience working with sari-sari stores or in a similar retail environment is highly desirable.

- Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet sales targets.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, and ability to use google form and gmail.- Mobility: Willingness and ability to be roving in the assigned location(s).
Additional Requirements:- Motorcycle Ownership: Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.
Driving Capability: Able to drive around Metro Manila for store visits and deliveries.
- Language: Proficiency in Filipino.
