Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

Qualifications

Summary: As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the clients needs and wants, and validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs and market trends. - Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. - Conduct user research and testing to validate product ideas and ensure a human-centered design approach is followed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Strong experience in business requirements analysis. - Experience in product management, including developing and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs. - Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Experience in user research and testing, with a focus on human-centered design. - Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and risk management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in business requirements analysis. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful products. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
