Role Description:
Assist with the end-to-end operations and system processes, ensuring all aspects run
smoothly and efficiently.
Provide logistics support across the entire supply chain, addressing any system or
process issues that arise.
Manage system-related issues by raising tickets, tracking resolutions, and collaborating
with regional tech teams to implement long-term, permanent solutions.
Lead system projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with
business goals and process optimization.
Support Regional Product in hyper-care post rollout of new features.
Support major campaign to ensure our system stability and smoothness
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and best practices
related to product and operations support.
Identify, recommend, and implement operational process improvements to enhance
efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Assist with the coordination of project activities, including product rollouts, quality
checks, and system upgrades.
Communicate updates and issues to relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of
progress and ensure alignment.
Beneficial skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related
field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Previous experience in a cross-functional support or analytics role.
