Job Description:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and quantify technology enablers to grow the business.
Develop the business requirement and functional documents with impact metrics and clear business case aligned to the brand's strategy.- Meet and coordinate w/ Internal & External stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals & requirements.
Project Management.
- Develop the integration with third-party platforms using APIs.
Own the deployment and launches for platforms and solutions across our different brands.- Organize the user acceptance testing including creation and assignment of test cases, review, and resolution of test defects to ensure there are no showstopper issues before any launch.
Create and communicate the post-mortem results of the product launches to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze, and track metrics from product launches and more importantly, gather insights and learnings to help improve the product.
Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required (engineering or computer science).
Experience in project and product team roles preferably in eCommerce.
- Experience with working on eCommerce platforms.
Cross-disciplinary knowledge of eCommerce functions relevant to the buyer experience such as marketing, payments, seller operations, fulfillment, and logistics.- Experience in Performance Marketing and Marketing Analytics from Facebook and Google ads and other social media platforms.
Exhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results.
- Will report directly to the VP of Operations.
