As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage promotional campaigns, and ensure alignment with the brand's mission and vision. You'll analyze performance metrics, collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, and represent the company at industry events. Your role focuses on driving product awareness and sales growth through effective marketing and data analysis.
Strategic Planning
- Identify and communicate our products unique value proposition.
Develop and implement annual marketing strategies (including pricing) and 360 promotional campaigns.
- Implement the best marketing sequence for both lead and sales generation.
Plan and participate in activities related to the release of new products in collaboration with relevant teams.- Ensure that all product-relevant marketing activities adhere to brand messaging guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
Update product information on the company's website and ensure all marketing collateral features the correct, most recent product information.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, traditional advertising, and events.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting- Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind, data-driven, and strong ability to interpret metrics.
Collaborative Tasks
- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material.
Leverage marketing and sales tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Trends, Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce) to gather relevant information on buyers, the market, and ever-changing digital trends.- Work with internal stakeholders (SEO, content marketing, social media) to discover the best strategies for each channel.
Coordinate and assist with social media marketing campaigns that increase product awareness and boost sales.
- Align with sales team members on the correct messaging and key features of each product.
Collaborate with a high-performing marketing team and engage with cross-functional partners (Ops, PR, Creatives, Research & Dev, Procurement, Social Media, Finance, Legal, HR, etc.) to deliver profitable innovation plans and support programs.- Support the Marketing Manager and Sales Team in developing regional/retailer trade marketing programs to ensure local relevance.
Network Development- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote the brand.
Attend seminars and training related to the job.

- Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.
Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing or Business Development.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Knowledgeable in utilizing marketing tools and techniques.- Goal-oriented with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite office.- Experience with marketing analytics, paid advertising campaigns, and social media marketing campaigns.
Knowledgeable about product feedback loop processes and project management tools.
