Job Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate products performance to be able to design strategies across all sales platforms.
Conduct research to gather relevant data like market reports and competitor information.- Use statistical techniques and software to analyze collected data, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
Monitor and stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
- Evaluate competitors products, pricing, and marketing strategies to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Understand and analyze consumer preferences and decision-making processes.- Effectively communicate the research, program results and insights to various stakeholders, including management, and the marketing team.
Work closely with Sales in teams to support them with strategic sales and marketing programs.
- Use data to make predictions about future market trends, demand, and consumer behavior.
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.- Identifies potential revenue-generating opportunities such as creating packages, offering new services or promos, and recommends and monitors its implementation.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Develop and conduct training programs for the team and other departments to ensure a clear understanding of brand guidelines.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Head from time to time.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or any related course.- Preferably with at least 1-year experience in Sales Operations or Trade Marketing in an FMCG or related industry.
Advance analytical with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to identify opportunities for sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills.
Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
