The Product Marketing Officer for the Transformation Team will be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns focused on our transformation initiatives. As a product marketing officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and driving awareness for the organization's journey towards innovation and change, overseeing various aspects of marketing, including campaign building, communications, content production, and overall marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal marketing and corporate communication strategy aligned with Aboitiz's transformation objectives.
- Create and manage internal marketing and communication plans for stakeholders, ensuring consistency and alignment with the organization's brand.
Content Creation & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Reputation Management Department on developing various internal content types, including articles, press releases, videos, and other collaterals, to effectively communicate the transformation narrative through digital and traditional channels (e.g. social media, newspapers, media, etc.)
- Collaborate with other SBUs/CSUs teams and external partners to gather relevant information for content creation.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Campaign Building:
- Develop and execute marketing plans of integrated marketing campaigns that support transformation initiatives while ensuring the campaigns are aligned with the overall goals and business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
- Prepare and present marketing and communications reports to key stakeholders on the organization's transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, to gather inputs and feedback.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication of marketing
What We Look For:
- Graduate of any marketing or communication-related degree
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in marketing, or campaign or product management
- Amenable to a 6-month project-based.
