The Product Mapping Coordinator plays a crucial role in our e-commerce operations, ensuring that product data is accurately mapped, imported, and exported across various platforms. This role is heavily focused on maintaining systematic and repeatable processes to ensure data integrity and seamless operation. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and possess a strong ability to manage and control file systems.
Coordinate and manage the mapping of product data across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Perform regular imports and exports of product data files, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product mapping and data management.- Conduct quality checks on product data to identify and correct discrepancies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product mapping processes.
- Utilize Excel to manage, analyze, and report on product data.
Monitor and troubleshoot data flow issues in e-commerce systems.- Support the ongoing optimization of product data processes to enhance efficiency.
GCSEs or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in data management, e-commerce, or a related field is a plus.- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product data management systems is an advantage.
