Job Description
Manages cash management products by;
- Monitoring, analyzing and ensuring the profitability of the product volume, ADB and revenues
- Creating and suggesting marketing plans and selling strategies to push product sales and product conversations to generate business volumes and achieve bottom line revenues
- Doing the overall execution of the product this includes participating in ICR discussion and coordinating with on boarding sales, operations, IT, and risk o Ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal policies
- Going out on calls for complex deals and working with sales team and RM's for customized deals
- Analyzing the cost of the product managed, providing recommendations for lowering cost and conducting competitive pricing of products handles
- Constantly doing competitive analysis
- Monitoring client issues and coming up with resolutions
- Recommending any ICRs for approval of the TBC head , sales head or product head o Interfacing with vendors
- Under the supervision of senior product manager develop innovative product variants to cater to the growing needs and requirements of clients and ensure continued product superiority which will translate to business volumes
- Interfacing with the sales team and RMs to ensure that products being develop meet the customer requirements
- Preparing the concept approval to obtain senior management approval for a project including financial requirements
- Leading a project team composed of various stakeholders such as operations, risk, compliance legal, finance and IT to develop solutions, based on customer requirements
- Ensuring that deadlines for the product are met and escalated to the Senior Manager / Product Head in case of delays or difficulties
- Seeking BSP approval and preparing marketing plans prior to the commercialization of product
- Exhibit mastery of the products handles ( revenue, cost marketing, sales) and be immersed in overall product management
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
