Manages end to end of product features covering conceptualization, design, enhancements, roll-out, post-deployment monitoring, and evaluation against product development process; Subject matter expert internally providing support and training to relevant stakeholders
Ensures smooth, timely, and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working, promoting innovation and growth within the team, and drives continuous process optimizations within the organization
Work with different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to ideate, build, and optimize the customer's use journey
Collaborates and coordinates across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Bank Partnerships and Wallet Infrastructure, Analytics, Operations, Frauds, etc.
Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
At least 5 years of product management experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies, or leading tech companies in a related industry
Hands-on experience with launching and managing new product features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data & metrics to back up assumptions, and ability to tackle complex, unstructured challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders
Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player
Displays integrity and ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar programs
