Product Manager

Location: Ortigas- Pasig

• Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals. Understand market needs and trends in crypto payments and virtual credit solutions.

Roadmap Development: Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features. Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify new opportunities and refine existing features.

Project Management: Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates and decisions to stakeholders and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintech or related industries.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and virtual payment systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in startups or fast-growing tech companies.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in fintech.

Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.

Pay: From Php60,

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
