Job Description:- Support and manage the Property Management pillar, focusing on operational efficiency, internal tools, and app/web development.
- Discover and address operational challenges and needs through thorough research.
- Ideate, validate, and iterate solutions quickly to improve internal processes.
- Define, track, and measure metrics that define the success of property management tools.
- Proactively engage with UI/UX, engineering, QA, marketing, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of internal tools and enhancements.
- Develop and drive product MVPs and roadmaps for internal tools and property management solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, ensuring alignment across various departments and teams.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
- 2-3 years of experience in
_digital product management
_ or as a business analyst in the digital business.
- Proven ability to launch internal tools from conception to delivery with measurable metrics.
- Proven experience in iterative product improvement through data-driven analysis.
- Experience working with teams from multiple functional areas - Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively command respect and trust across teams and stakeholders.
- Team player, self-starter, energetic personality, and a voice of our customers.
