Job responsibilities:
- According to the results of market research and competitive product analysis, combined with the needs of internal and external customers and users, constantly improve products and enhance product competitiveness.
- Responsible for product design, review, project progress tracking and operational data analysis of the company's website, APP and background product design, and constantly improve and enhance product experience.
- Rapidly optimize and improve product strategies according to changes in upstream channel capabilities.
- Provide internal product training, and form a complete product manual and operation manual.
- Complete other product-related work assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years working experience in payment products;
- Proficient in product demand analysis and design tools (Axure/Xmind/OFFICE, etc.);
- Familiar with the company's operation business and related processes is preferred, able to independently carry out product planning, design system functions, collect user/customer needs, conduct market and competition analysis, upgrade product portfolio, etc., experience in payment company product design is preferred;
- Good at cross-departmental organization, communication and resource coordination, with strong initiative and learning ability.
- Excellent spoken Chinese is preferred

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
