Product Manager-Payroll

Duties

• Define strategy and roadmap for our products.
• Market research and analysis to identify customer needs
• Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy and goals.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into clear product requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Provide product training and support to internal teams
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance product capabilities and integrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, must be in payroll software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
