• Job Description

We need a product manager who can identify customer needs, conceptualize solutions, and spearhead operations to ensure our IT solutions solve customers problems. You will be responsible for end-to-end product success and will work closely with account executives to communicate with customers.

• Reporting Relationship

Directly reports to Product Manager Team Lead

• Duties and Responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end product success, including design, build, test, deployment, and post-implementation support of IT solutions

Identify customer's requirements, design product solutions that solve their problems, and propose and communicate appropriate IT solutions

• Coordinate closely with pre-sales engineers and develop cross-functional action plans and customer roadmaps to develop and launch effective technical solutions

Balance business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise

• Research and communicate technical knowledge about our products as a central contact point

Provide regular updates about progress, challenges, and opportunities to key stakeholders

• Qualifications

• College graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems, Business Management, or equivalent degree

Experience in a similar product-focused or technical role is a plus, but not necessary

• Superior problem solving skills and communication skills are a must

Experience and knowledge in any of the following topics is a must:

• Server infrastructure and hardware

Hyper-converged infrastructure

• Systems administration

Cybersecurity

• Virtualization

Familiarity with the following topics is a plus:

• Cloud computing

Containerization

• Web development / Software development / Application deployment

Data analytics

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
