Role Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Product Manager is responsible for the PnL of the product/s that he/she handles. The

role sets direction for the product go-to-market with the strategic objective to generate

revenues for the Company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Revenue generation - Ensures that the Sales team can effectively sell the product;Helps Sales in crafting proposals/solution offering and close deals.
• Product SME Acts as the pre-sales support to Sales; Does client presentations withSales
• Product viability - Maintains the competitiveness and relevance of the product defines pricing and offering, draws the product roadmap and innovations.
• Operational efficiency - Functionally oversees delivery operations that directly affectPnL.
• Marketing and lead generation Positions the product in the market. Generatespassive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collateral productdecks and sales materials.
• Expansion of product portfolio launches new viable products as a new revenuestream for Yondu.
• Partner Management Manages 3rd party partners principals and vendors adjacentto the product
• Equips the Sales team through Product Training
• Leads product strategy, GTM

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Education

-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalentdisciplines

• Related Experience

-Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Product Management

-Strength on B to B and B to B to C product marketing

-Exposure on IT related product/services

-Presentation Skills and Microsoft Office

• Soft Skills:

-Above average communication skills

-Excellent customer service

-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

-Able to work independently and in a team environment
