QUALIFICATIONS:- At least 2-3 years of experience in the retail or beauty industry
Must possess strong understanding of beauty products and the industry including market trends and consumer preferences- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
Makeup skills is a plus
