Qualifications:- At least 3-5 years of experience in the retail or beauty industry
Must possess strong understanding of beauty products and the industry including market trends and consumer preferences- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
Makeup skills is a plus- Willing to be assigned at BGC Taguig
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, product development, retail, e-commerce) to develop a cohesive product strategy aligned with the brand's vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify market opportunities and consumer needs.
- Define product pricing, features, benefits, and positioning that resonate with the targeted audience.
- Spearheads and acts as project manager for new product launches.
- Conducts pre-launch market research and post-launch market surveillance to ensure products consistently consumer expectations.
- Coordinate with sales and training teams to provide product knowledge and tools to effectively launch, promote, and sell the products.
- Engage with back-end operations to monitor and maintain optimum inventory
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer feedback to evaluate product performance and make data-driven
