Drives full API product lifecycle from initial development of strategic intent and vision all the way through implementation and management that is aligned with business growth goals
Analyzes and synthesizes customer behavior data, business results, marketplace trends and research insights to advance API product and customer engagement strategies
Ensures product value propositions are integrated into the customer experience with a cohesive and compelling brand narrative
Identifies opportunities to repair, enhance and innovate customer experiences central to delivering upon brand vision
Collaborates with various stakeholders across the bank including Business teams, developers and/or Tech teams, Operations, Sales teams, Information Security, Data Privacy, etc to implement breakthrough API solutions
Qualifications:
An experienced product manager with understanding of APIs and relevant API-related concepts, OR
An experienced API developer with understanding of product management principles
Flexibility and attention to detail, must be able to manage multiple products or projects and navigate changing priorities while maintaining excellent work
Ability to extract and interpret feedback and use the feedback to inform API design decisions
Strong research and analytical skills especially when it comes to working with data
