JOB DESCRIPTION:- Makes project plans and coordinates with related sections the project consideration.
Makes validation or verification protocol and secures approval prior start of sampling.- Establishes and executes validation or verification activities per approved protocol, conducts data analysis or root cause analysis if results are different from expected.
Checks validation or verification results for accuracy and completeness, conducts manual verification of data and submits all results to superior for checking and approval.
- Compares results with similar products from other machine lines or with existing material.
Ensures that equipment is calibrated to use for testing and validation.- Prepares and revise artworks, conduct artwork review and prepares artwork and packaging development documents.
Calibrates equipment and prepares records needed for monitoring and maintaining its calibration condition.
- Prepares change application requirements for presentation or approval.
Participates in risk analysis meeting and updating of risk management documents.- Participates in design control activities.
Establish product standards, material and quality specifications.
Graduate of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical and related field of Engineering.
- With or without experience.
Proficient in MS Office Application- Good oral communication, problem solving and data analysis
