Proven experience in bringing new products to market successfully.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with global suppliers and manufacturers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to product design and development.
- Proficiency in different software and other product development tools.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different departments.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to sporting goods and office supplies.
