Job Description:
- Leads the development and implementation of new general insurance products and required enhancements of the existing products
- Assists in the identification of current and new market trends and opportunities to usher in growth
- Prepares product performance reports on a regular basis
- Ensures overall product compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Ensures relevance of insurance products is maintained relative to competition, market trends, and customer feedback
- Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline
- At least 3 years of general insurance product development experience in an Insurance firm
- Extensive understanding of local regulatory requirements on general insurance products
- Keen interest in InsurTech and data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
