Role involves the creation, development and management of assigned CFG product/s to ensure its feasibility, growth and competitiveness in the market.Ensures that the assigned product/s and program/s are approved by responsible authorities, and are enhanced regularly, as needed.Oversees the entire life cycle of the product/s assigned from development to launch, including periodic reviews.
Product Management and Marketing
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Credit, Analytics, IT and Finance develop assigned Consumer Finance product enhancements/developments
- Coordinates all areas necessary in order to bring the assigned product/s into the market, works with the Consumer Finance Group Head in the development of financial operating plans and ensure profitability.
- Ensures that assigned product/s are properly documented through product programs which are updated
- Create and update management reports to track progress of assigned product line/s, develops product descriptions and analyzes performance of existing bank consumer loan products
- Develop and maintain key customer relations with internal business partners and vendor representatives, research on competitive pricing and practices to ensure that the assigned consumer loan product/s remain attractive and assures that the product has the highest quality of standard.
- Monitors industry trends related to the assigned product/s
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensures all aspects of assigned CFG product/s are compliant and audit ready at all times
- Complies with existing bank guidelines and policies applicable to Consumer Finance Group
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and product management of consumer loan products
