Product Development Manager

Job Description

Overall accountable for the development and enablement of new products and innovations to be launched.

Ensures that vendor contract/agreement will adhere on Globe's policies, procedures and objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plans and develops innovative/new products/services that will drive the growth of a business and answer the needs of the customers with the following major scope:

• Product Planning - Analyses the market problem that needs to be solved in collaboration with Product Management and Product Marketing

• Product Definition - Conducts research and come up with a functional solution to the market problem

• Product Development - Implement, test and launch the product

• Partner Management - Partner onboarding and management which includes all vendor contracts such as defining final agreements with partners and works with Legal team to come-up with the required contract including the customer agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in P&L, Product Management, Marketing, Brand Management, Project Management

• IT/Telco industry experience is nice to have

• Possesses an understanding of basic to advanced principles of Business Management, Marketing, Product Lifecycle Management & Project Management

• Deep understanding of the business, customer, market and competitors

• Ability to foresee relevant future trend

• Proven ability to work on, and track multiple projects simultaneously

• Exceptional organization and problem solving skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other standard office computer applications

• Ability to work within a cross-functional team and with minimal supervision

• Passion to succeed, passion for results

• Strong team player and leadership skills

• Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration/Business Management, Business Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing
